You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt. Once we have received your return shipment, we will

ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.

Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps

Step 1 – Complete the return form

Download the return form and complete it in full.

Please make sure that all required information is filled in correctly, as incomplete forms may delay the processing

of your return.

Step 2 – Send back your order

Send the items together with the completed return form to the return address stated on the return form.

Make sure that the package is provided with a Track & Trace code.

As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. This helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures

that your return can be tracked properly.

Step 3 – Receive your refund

Once we have received your return package, we will process your return and ensure that the purchase amount is

refunded to your bank account within five working days.
